Denver has a balance I haven’t really felt anywhere else—you get the city energy but it’s not overwhelming. People are so chill here, and there’s a big focus on being outdoors, but also on good food, creativity, and community.Q: If you could describe Bounce Empire to other lifestyle influencers and creators, what would you say?
It’s like a playground for adults—but elevated. It’s not just about the inflatables; it’s the whole experience: the bar, the outdoor patio, the FOOD (we’ll get to that later!), and the music. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately start planning content in your head. It’s fun for everyone.
Q: Out of food, travel, and venues, what do you like to review the best?
Food, hands down. It’s the fastest way to get people’s attention, and it tells a story—about culture and creativity. Plus, it’s something everyone can relate to.
Q: What is your favorite short getaway?
Probably a quick mountain trip to Vail or Estes Park. A weekend up there feels like a full reset without having to fly anywhere. Just good views, a quick road trip, and the outdoors.
Q: Off of Bounce Empire’s food menu, what do you recommend to newcomers?
The wings! They’re not those little baby wings—they were meaty. Plus, I don’t know what buffalo sauce they had, but my boyfriend and I were talking about how there was this sweet but spicy kick.
