You’ve essentially won the lottery—you’ve been invited to a birthday party at Bounce Empire, the world’s largest inflatable amusement park!
Here’s what you need to know
1. The Essential Pre-Check
Waiver First: Every guest (bouncers and spectators alike) must have a signed waiver. Please fill it out online before you arrive to ensure a seamless entry. We look you up by your phone number!

RSVP: Please let your host know you’re coming ASAP! We provide cupcakes for the group and want to make sure we have a treat ready for you.
2. For the Adults (21+)
Bring Your ID: A valid photo ID is required to enter the Rubbish Lounge—our 21+ sanctuary featuring complimentary $30,000 massage chairs.
Check-In/Out: Adults will receive admission instructions and can check in at the front desk upon arrival. Please be sure to check out with the front desk before leaving so we can assist with any incidentals.
3. What to Wear & Bring
Attire: Wear athletic clothing. Please leave jewelry and sharp objects at home, as they aren’t allowed on the inflatables.
Socks: No need to bring your own! We provide every guest with fresh, custom Bounce Empire grippy socks to ensure you have the best traction on our attractions.
Food & Drinks: Birthday cakes are the only outside food permitted. Outside drinks and all other food are not allowed, except in cases of specific food allergies.
4. Arrival Day
VIP Entry: When you arrive, tell our team you are here for [Insert Birthday Child’s Name]. They will whisk you away to our Specialized VIP Check-In for parties.
Drop-Offs: If you are dropping off a child, you still need to sign a waiver for yourself. Once your child is checked in and at their party room, you are free to head out—just check in with the front desk when you return for pickup!
