What to expect
BOUNCE EMPIRE BIRTHDAY
We are so excited to host your celebration! To ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests, here is a breakdown of how your day at Bounce Empire will look.
1. arrival & vip check-in
The Starting Point:
When entering through the Front Entrance, please identify yourself as the HOST of NAME of birthday, and for your guests to reference the birthday party’s name to a Bounce Employee. There is a special check-in just for parties!
Waiver Check:
Every guest attending Bounce Empire MUST SIGN A WAIVER, whether they are bouncing or not. We will check this upon entry – Please send this waiver to your guests and have them fill it out beforehand as not to miss out on any valuable party time! The link is conveniently provided in the Bounce Empire PDF template invite for you to download and send to your guests.
What to Bring:
- All adults must bring a valid photo ID for access to Rubbish Lounge (21+ area).
- A debit or credit card is required to be put on file for any incidentals.
- Free lockers are available for guests to use.
- Upon exiting, check out at the front desk and pay for any purchased items.
What’s Provided:
- New Grippy Bounce socks are provided to each guest.
- Socks are included in the party package.
- Grippy Bounce socks are required to access the Bounce Floor.
- Shoes are not allowed on the main Bounce Floor.
2. The Main Event: VIP Party Room
2 hours
This is your “home base” for the celebration. We do not guarantee a specific party room as it depends on size and availability of each party. Your party host will walk you to your room and can answer any questions. Here are some additional details and items to set you up for success.
First Hour – Bounce Time
Last Hour – Food & Celebration
We recommend gathering everyone back in the room for:
- Food (We don’t allow outside food as we have a full kitchen, however you are allowed to bring a cake.)
- Cupcakes and “Bounce Punch” service.
- Singing “Happy Birthday” and cake cutting.
The Wrap-Up
We will call your party back to the room about 10 minutes before the end of your time slot. We will take care of the cleaning! Please just gather your belongings, any gifts please and check out of your main party tab with your party host! That’s it!
What’s provided in the room:
- Unlimited Refreshments (Bounce Punch and Water)
- Cupcakes for everyone (Your host will reach out the week of your event as it gets closer to get a more accurate head count)
- Plates, Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Cake Cutter. We even provide candles and a lighter in case you forget! We also have custom décor packages we can add on for you!
- Your host will be checking on you periodically, however for your convenience, each party room will also have a buzzer attached to the wall for you to use should you need anything from your host. They will be right up!
A post-event cleaning fee will be assessed for any space left with excessive mess beyond normal use. Routine cleaning is provided by our staff at no additional charge. Confetti and taping things to the wallpaper in our party rooms is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
All balances must be settled with a team member prior to the conclusion of your event. If a bill is not closed out at the end of the party, the pre-authorized card on file will be charged for the remaining balance, plus an automatic 20% gratuity.
3. The “Stay & Play” Phase
After room window
Unlimited Fun: While we have to prepare the room for the next celebration, your party doesn’t have to end!
All Day Access
You are allowed to stay in the facility as long as you’d like. Free lockers are available for guests to use during their visit.
Quick Tips for a Smooth Party:
- Digital Waivers: Please encourage all attendees to sign the waiver online before they arrive to speed up check-in.
- Attire: We recommend athletic wear. Remember, no jewelry or sharp objects on the inflatables!
- Cake Policy: We are happy to store your cake in our professional coolers upon arrival
